Salad with lemon dressing

Description

The salad is quick and easy to prepare. In principle, you can add any vegetables you prefer to a salad with lemon dressing—just use your favorites. The lemon dressing will give these vegetables a completely new flavor and add variety to traditional vegetable salads dressed with olive oil or sour cream. In my opinion, it even tastes better with the lemon dressing. Salad with lemon dressing recipe: 1. Prepare the lemon dressing. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, zest of one lemon, juice of half a lemon, and pressed garlic. Stir well and set aside. 2. Place washed and chopped lettuce leaves at the bottom of a salad bowl. Add washed cucumber cut into small cubes. Add thinly sliced bell pepper. Similarly, chop green onions (finely) and tomatoes (into small wedges) and add them to the salad. Season with salt and pepper. 3. Lightly toast sesame seeds in a dry skillet. 4. Add the toasted sesame seeds and olives to the salad, pour the lemon dressing over, mix gently, and top with grated Parmesan cheese. The salad is ready to serve.
