Salad with lavash and sausage
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. This hearty and juicy sausage and lavash salad takes only 5–10 minutes to prepare, provided you have all the necessary ingredients. You can use homemade lavash, cooked on a skillet or in the oven, or purchase ready-made lavash. It's not recommended to substitute mayonnaise with sour cream. Can be served immediately.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. Instead of dairy sausage, you can use smoked sausage; instead of seaweed, use pickled or marinated cucumbers. Boil the chicken eggs in advance for 15 minutes and let them cool.

Step 2

Peel the onion, rinse it in water, and slice half of it into half-rings. Optionally, marinate the slices in apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes to remove bitterness. Place the onion slices into a deep container together with the seaweed.

Step 3

Boiled chicken eggs, peel off the shells, rinse in water, cut into cubes, and add to a container.

Step 4

Cut the thin lavash into strips or cubes, as desired. Add to the other ingredients.

Step 5

Cut boiled, milk, or smoked sausage into slices, then into strips, and add to the container.

Spread mayonnaise of any fat content and season the dish with salt. Add ground black pepper and fresh herbs to taste. Gently mix everything.
