Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients from the list. Rinse the chicken breast beforehand and pat it dry.
- 2
Step 2

Cut the chicken breast lengthwise, stopping before cutting all the way through, and open it like a book. If that doesn't work, you can simply slice it into several pieces, making sure they are all nearly the same thickness.
- 3
Step 3

Brush the chicken breast with lemon juice, season with salt, and rub with spices. If you have time, let it marinate for 20-30 minutes.
- 4
Step 4

Then fry in a pan, on both sides, until cooked. Let cool.
- 5
Step 5

Remove the outer leaves from the Napa cabbage. Slice the remaining part into thin strips.
- 6
Step 6

Cut the tomato into slices.
- 7
Step 7

Cut the cooled chicken breast into cubes.
- 8
Step 8

Wash the herbs, dry them, and chop with a knife. I used parsley, but you can use any fresh herbs.
- 9
Step 9

Dress the salad with oil, season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
- 10
Step 10

The salad with chicken, tomato, and Chinese cabbage is ready.
