Chicken salad with peppers and green peas
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. For this salad, you can use either boiled or fried chicken. Fresh sweet peppers work well too, but I personally prefer the canned version. If you use fresh peppers, be sure to add a spoonful of your favorite vegetable oil and a splash of lemon juice. The salad is ready to serve immediately.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients. Rinse the chicken fillet and pat it dry. Drain the peas in a colander to dry them. Canned sweet peppers are perfect for this salad, so I recommend using them.

Step 2

Boil the fillet in salted water over medium heat. This process will take on average 15-20 minutes.

Step 3

Dice the bell pepper.

Step 4

Combine it in a deep salad bowl with green peas.

Step 5

Cool the ready fillet.
