Chicken, mushroom, and cheese salad
Description
Perfect for everyday meals. The salad is prepared in layers, although I think it can be mixed (if you really want to). I enjoy decorating dishes nicely, so I "draw" a birch tree. Thanks to this decoration, the salad can also be served at festive occasions. Feel free to decorate and serve.
Instructions

Step 1

1. I boil the chicken in salted water, let it cool, then shred it into fibers. I place the chicken as the bottom layer, add a little pepper and mayonnaise.

Step 2

2. I wash the mushrooms and slice them, then fry them in a pan with sunflower oil. I let them cool and place them on the chicken breast.

Step 3

3. Cut the pickled cucumbers into small cubes, halve or quarter the olives. Wash and chop the green onions, mix the chopped ingredients (reserve a little onion for garnish), and spread the mixture over the mushrooms.

Step 4

4. I boil the eggs, cool them, then grate coarsely and place as the next layer, spreading with mayonnaise. I grate the cheese finely and sprinkle it over the salad. I decorate the salad with mayonnaise, olives, mushrooms, parsley, and green onion. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
