Chicken and vegetable salad
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Today I'd like to share a very simple chicken and vegetable salad recipe that I use whenever I want a quick snack but don't feel like cooking. I always have boiled chicken in my fridge, so I just grab some fresh vegetables (by the way, you can use any vegetables you like, not only the ones I've used in this recipe), spend 5 minutes preparing it—and a tasty, filling, and nutritious salad is ready. By the way, it's quite healthy and diet-friendly if you dress it with sour cream or yogurt instead of mayonnaise. I hope you'll enjoy this chicken and vegetable salad recipe. Good luck with cooking. Serve at the table.
