This salad is delicious and easy to prepare, perfect as a main dish or as a side to other meals. In addition to the main ingredients, the recipe includes plenty of fresh vegetables and herbs, making its flavor even richer and more vibrant. I suggest making this chicken and pasta salad to treat yourself and your loved ones to this simple yet sophisticated dish.

    1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. In this recipe, I'm using chicken breast, but any other part of the chicken will work as well.

    2. Wash the lemon thoroughly and grate the zest. Squeeze all the juice from the lemon and add the grated zest, pressed garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

    3. Add half of the marinade to the chicken fillet (reserve the rest for the salad dressing), mix thoroughly, rubbing the spices into the meat, and let it marinate for 20-30 minutes.

    4. Dice the cucumber, tomato, and pepper into cubes of the same size.

    5. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package, drain in a colander, then transfer to a deep bowl.

    6. Fry the chicken fillet over low heat on both sides until cooked through, then chop with a knife. Add to the pasta.

    8. Add the chopped herbs and cheese. I used mozzarella cheese, which I simply tore by hand; any other cheese can be cut into cubes, like the vegetables. Add the remaining dressing and mix everything well.
