Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First, let's boil the shrimp. Put them into a pot of salted water and cook for 3–5 minutes, then let them cool. If you bought uncooked shrimp, which are usually gray-colored king shrimp, these seafood need to be boiled for about 10 minutes.
- 2
Step 2

Similarly, boil the chicken breast as well, only increase the time slightly to 30 minutes, and then let it cool down as before.
- 3
Step 3

Turn on another burner and place a pot with salted water for rice on it. Cook the rice briefly and do not stir it, so it doesn't become mushy. It's better to add a bit of oil to the water to prevent the rice from sticking together.
- 4
Step 4

While everything is boiling, the shrimp have already cooled down, so we need to clean them—remove the shell and head.
- 5
Step 5

Now peel the shallot, which we need to chop—finely or into half-rings, if you don't want to spend too much time on it, as I usually do.
- 6
Step 6

Well, the chicken has already been boiled and even cooled down. Now it needs to be cut into medium-sized pieces.
- 7
Step 7

Now take a green bell pepper and cut it into strips as well. If the pepper is large, you can cut the strips in half crosswise.
- 8
Step 8

Next is the tomato, which we also need to slice into wedges. If the tomato is small, use 2 of them.
- 9
Step 9

The next ingredient is olives and black olives, slice them into rings.
- 10
Step 10

We take just a little bit of parsley, so it doesn't overpower the main flavor, and chop it very, very finely.
- 11
Step 11

Finely chop the anchovies and capers; we'll use them to make the salad dressing. Mix the anchovies and capers in a glass or mortar—whichever is more convenient—for the sauce, adding salt, red and black pepper. Pour in some wine vinegar and olive oil, then whisk thoroughly.
- 12
Step 12

And only now should we place the tomatoes, chicken, shrimp, and "all that goes with them" into a deep, attractive salad bowl, add our sauce, and mix everything again.
