Grilled Chicken Salad
Description
Perfect for everyday meals. Grilled chicken is delicious on its own, but the combination of rather dry grilled chicken breasts with usual side dishes has become boring. That's how the grilled chicken salad was born. Fragrant chicken, grilled in a wonderful marinade, pairs perfectly with fresh vegetables—and that's the secret of this salad. What I also love is that each time the salad acquires a new flavor if you slightly vary the combinations and proportions of vegetables. And I enjoy experimenting—just as I wish you would too! :) Garnish as desired and serve.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

So, first of all, peel and finely chop our garlic.
- 2
Step 2

Mix the minced garlic with salt, pepper, olive oil, and chili pepper. Add a little water and stir.
- 3
Step 3

Dip the chicken into the resulting marinade. Let the chicken marinate for at least 15–20 minutes—this will make it much more delicious, so don't rush. Cooking doesn't always tolerate haste :)
- 4
Step 4

Grill the marinated chicken for about 10 minutes on each side.
- 5
Step 5

We will prepare all our vegetables for processing. Wash everything, and remove the corn kernels from the cob.
- 6
Step 6

Slice the red onion thinly into rings (or half-rings, whichever you prefer).
- 7
Step 7

Mix all the vegetables in a salad bowl. I won't say anything about the cutting—chop them however you like, it's not crucial. I prefer mine finely chopped.
- 8
Step 8

On top of the vegetables, place the grated cheese.
- 9
Step 9

Cut the chicken breast (again, however you prefer—I cut it as shown in the photo) and add it to the salad.
- 10
Step 10

Gently mix - and the grilled chicken salad is ready!
