Corn, cheese, and tomato salad
Description
The recipe won't take much time. For the salad, you'll need canned or boiled corn. I always prepare corn in advance—buying cobs in season, cutting off the kernels, and freezing them. This corn cooks very quickly, just 5 minutes boiling in hot water and it's ready! The taste is no different from canned corn. Choose juicy, sweet tomatoes. Dress the salad with mayonnaise, garlic, and salt; season with pepper to taste. Give it a try and serve it at the table.
