Shrimp salad with cheesy omelette
Description
The recipe won't take much time. If you enjoy salads with a slight tang, drizzle the dish with lemon juice or apple cider vinegar along with the oil—they will add a more vibrant flavor to the cucumber and radish slices. You can add spices and herbs to taste. Serve at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. Radishes can be substituted with cherry tomatoes.

Step 2

In a deep container: a bowl or salad bowl, beat the chicken eggs with a pinch of salt. Grate the hard cheese into the same bowl using a fine grater and mix well.
- 3
Step 3

Fry the omelet in a pan for 2-3 minutes, adding 1 tsp of vegetable oil to the pan. Cool and cut into strips.
- 4
Step 4

Wash the lettuce leaves and shake off excess moisture. Remove the stems and tear the leaves by hand into a bowl.

Step 5

Place the cut strips of cheese omelet on the salad. Rinse the cucumber in water, trim the ends, and slice into pieces or rounds. Arrange on the plate.
- 6
Step 6

Cut the cleaned and washed radish into similar slices and place between the other slices.
- 7
Step 7

Peel boiled or fried shrimp and place them on a plate.

Step 8

Season the dish with salt and pepper, drizzle with vegetable oil, and serve immediately after preparation.
