Shrimp and cucumber salad
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. Can be served immediately.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

If you are using frozen shrimp, take them out of the freezer and let them sit at room temperature. If the shrimp are raw, boil them until cooked. Then peel off the shells.
- 2
Step 2

Wash the cucumbers and dry them with paper towels. Cut off the ends on both sides and slice the cucumbers thinly into half-rings.
- 3
Step 3

Take any salad (for example, watercress), rinse it under running water, and dry it. Tear the greens by hand and place them into a bowl. Add cucumbers and shrimp to the bowl as well.

Step 4

Now prepare the salad dressing. To do this, mix olive oil and soy sauce in a small bowl. Add the juice of half a lime and finely chopped chili pepper to the bowl.

Step 5

Drizzle the salad with the dressing and mix well. There is no need to add salt, as the dressing already contains salty soy sauce. Sprinkle the salad with Parmesan flakes and serve.
