Shrimp and bean salad
Description
A simple dish to prepare. Cook any type of beans in advance and let them cool. Sauté or boil the shrimp—they are usually sold pre-cooked and frozen, so you'll only need a couple of minutes. Dress the dish with vegetable oil or mayonnaise, drizzling it in drops along with grainy mustard over salad leaves. Don't forget fresh herbs. Serve chilled.
