Shrimp and broccoli salad
Description
The recipe won't take much time. It's a very fresh and light salad, also known as "Spring by the Sea." You can try replacing the shrimp with crab sticks or ham. I used a small amount of mayonnaise for the dressing, although olive oil with lemon juice would work just as well. In general, feel free to get creative—however you make it, it will still be delicious. Serve at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

Wash the broccoli and separate it into florets. Bring water to a boil, add a little salt. Cook the broccoli in the water for three minutes. Then cool it down.

Step 2

Boil the shrimp in salted water as well, then place them in a colander to drain and cool.

Step 3

Wash the pepper, remove the seeds and stem, then cut it into strips. Peel the shrimp and cut them into pieces along with the broccoli.

Step 4

Mix everything, add salt and pepper, and dress with mayonnaise. I immediately portioned out the salad and served it. Garnished each portion with a whole shrimp on top.
