Shrimp salad with balsamic vinegar
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. If you only have boiled-frozen shrimp, they can also be used; there's no need to fry them. Just pour boiling water over them and let them sit for about 5 minutes, then drain in a colander to cool and let excess liquid drain off. Ready to serve immediately.
Instructions

Step 1

First, prepare the shrimp so they have time to cool down. Season fresh shrimp with salt and pepper, then sear them on a well-heated pan with vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes on each side. To remove excess oil from the shrimp, place them on paper towels or napkins.

Step 2

Take the tomatoes, wash them, cut out the stem attachment points, and cut them in half (into 4 if they are large).

Step 3

Using a mandoline or vegetable peeler, slice the cheese into thin, small pieces. If you have a special cheese grater, that will be even better.

Step 4

Next, prepare the salad dressing. To do this, mix oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a separate container. Whisk everything with a fork or whisk until smooth, forming a sort of emulsion. Place arugula in a salad bowl, add all the remaining salad ingredients, mix well, and drizzle with the dressing.
