Description
Perfect for everyday dining. Here's an amazing option. Garnish as desired and serve.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

1. To save time, I recommend boiling the potatoes in advance so they cool down properly. Boil the eggs hard. Prepare all the other ingredients needed to make this recipe.
- 2
Step 2

2. Peel the onion and chop it into small cubes.
- 3
Step 3

3. You can marinate it or simply pour boiling water over it, for example. But I suggest an alternative option: sauté the onion until lightly golden. This will add a special piquancy to the salad.
- 4
Step 4

4. Slice the fish into thin pieces. Set aside the most even pieces to use for decorating the salad.
- 5
Step 5

5. You can start assembling the dish. Place the fish as the first layer.
- 6
Step 6

6. Next — fried and slightly cooled onion.
- 7
Step 7

7. Peel the potatoes and grate them on a medium grater. Lightly coat the layer of onions with mayonnaise and place the potatoes on top.
- 8
Step 8

8. You can add a pinch of salt and spread mayonnaise again thoroughly.
- 9
Step 9

9. Finely dice the crab sticks and place them as the next layer.
- 10
Step 10

10. Don't forget to add mayonnaise, otherwise the salad might be dry.
- 11
Step 11

11. Grate the cheese and sprinkle on top. Gently press with wet hands and spread mayonnaise over it.
- 12
Step 12

12. The next layer will be egg whites with mayonnaise, and the final layer—egg yolks. That's it, the salad is ready and can be placed in the refrigerator to marinate.
- 13
Step 13

13. And just before serving, decorate it with the reserved fish slices and place the caviar in the center. Incredibly beautiful, isn't it?
