Prepare the listed ingredients. Buy lightly salted red fish from a store or salt it at home yourself.

Rinse the radishes in water, trim the tails from each root vegetable, and slice into rings or half-rings. Rinse the fresh cucumbers, cut off the ends, and slice into half-rings. Place both cuttings into a deep container.

Wash the green onion stems, chop them finely, and add to the vegetable slices.

Remove the bones from lightly salted red fish of any variety, cut into small slices, and add to the container.
