Salad with red caviar
Description
Perfect for an everyday table. Use large boiled-frozen shrimp; you can replace the salad mix with simple lettuce leaves. You may add fresh cucumber to the cherry tomatoes, and a bit of tasty cheese can also be included. In any case, this salad is very delicious and easy to prepare—I'm sure you'll enjoy it. Caviar pairs well with many ingredients, but I especially like the "light" version. Garnish as desired and serve.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients. Rinse the salad mix and dry it.
- 2
Step 2

Take a flat salad plate and place the mixed greens on it.
- 3
Step 3

You can boil the shrimp or simply fry them. I buy chilled shrimp, which are already pre-cooked. We'll add some shrimp to the salad unpeeled and peel the rest. So, place 3-4 shrimp into the salad.

Step 4

Rinse the cherry tomatoes, dry them, cut in half, and place in a salad.
- 5
Step 5

Add some tasty croutons to the salad.
- 6
Step 6

Lightly drizzle the salad with mayonnaise or your favorite sauce, or you can use oil.
- 7
Step 7

Place the caviar in the salad and add some peeled shrimp just before serving. Serve the salad immediately.
- 8
Step 8

Serve at the table.
