Salad with red beans and croutons
Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. I make the croutons myself using slightly stale ciabatta bread. It's not very pleasant to eat on its own, but it's perfect for croutons. Instead of cutting the bread with a knife, I tear it by hand into large pieces. This salad can be enjoyed at any time of the day. I use canned beans, which significantly simplifies the preparation process. The salad is ready to serve.
