Salad with crab sticks and fresh cucumber
Description
Today I suggest slicing the vegetables into long, thin strips instead of the usual diced cubes. The salad is dressed right before serving, so if you're preparing a large amount, place the vegetables in a bowl and add the mayonnaise in portions. The finished salad is garnished with red caviar. Artificial caviar works perfectly fine.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
If the crab sticks are frozen, thaw them in advance; if refrigerated, slice them into thin strips.
- 2
Step 2
Drain the liquid from the canned corn. You can use young corn kernels.
- 3
Step 3
Wash the cucumbers and cut them in half, then place them in a bowl and cover with cold water. Let them sit for a few minutes, then slice into thin strips.

Step 4
Place the cucumber in a bowl first, then add a layer of crab sticks and corn, drizzle with mayonnaise, and top with red caviar (I used artificial). Serve the salad immediately.
