Salad with crab sticks and caviar
Description
Perfect for everyday dining. The salad is very simple and quick to prepare. Obviously, you should use high-quality red caviar and crab sticks. It's better to use chilled crab sticks rather than frozen ones. There's a small nuance in cooking boiled quail eggs: take them out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before boiling. Carefully place them one by one into boiling water and cook for 4 minutes. Then drain the water, cool the eggs, and peel them. You may not need to add salt to the salad, considering that red caviar, cheese, crab sticks, and mayonnaise are already salty. Decorate as desired and serve.
