Description
The recipe won't take much time. It's best to use high-quality crab meat for this salad. You can dress the salad not only with mayonnaise but also with sour cream. Use either round or long-grain rice, which can be cooked in advance. Serve at the table.

Prepare the ingredients according to the list.

Boil a chicken egg, peel it, and cut it into cubes.

Wash the fresh cucumber and cut off both ends. Dice the vegetable into cubes.
