Salad with crab and peaches
Description
The salad turns out juicy, with a delicate peach aroma and a pleasant spiciness from the pepper and ginger. If the skin bothers you, peel the peaches. If fresh peaches are not available, just use canned ones. I don't recommend replacing crab meat with imitation crab sticks—the taste won't be the same.
