Salad with Korean-style carrots and sausage
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. My mom already knew this recipe for a salad with Korean-style carrots and sausage; only instead of avocado, our home cooks often used cucumber. It's also delicious, but there's a reason avocado was used in the original recipe—it tastes better with it! I recommend you try this salad too. It can be served immediately.

Step 1

1. Prepare the ingredients. Wash the avocado and cut it into strips or small squares (whichever is more convenient for you). Cut the pepper into cubes or thin strips. Mix the vegetables with the Korean-style carrot.

Step 2

2. Next, add the sausage cut into strips. Dress the salad with the sauce and mix well. If desired, you can add extra spices and salt, especially if your carrots are not very flavorful. Arrange the salad in a mound or into special molds.

Step 3

3. Now decorate the top of the salad with the remaining Korean-style carrots, and cut the olives (or black olives) in half, arranging them to look like a "bunch of grapes." Done!
