Prepare the listed ingredients. Korean-style carrots can be purchased at a store, market, or made at home.

Peel the carrots and rinse them in water. Grate on a Korean-style carrot grater and transfer the shredded carrots to a frying pan, adding 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Press the peeled garlic clove.

Add the Korean-style carrot seasoning, a pinch of salt, and place the pan on the stove. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes, then turn off the heat. Let the carrots cool slightly.

Rinse the cucumber and tomatoes in water, remove the green cores from the tomatoes, and cut off the stems from the cucumber. Slice the cucumber into half-moons and the tomatoes into large slices, placing them into a deep container.
