Smoked fish salad
Description
The recipe won't take much time. To prepare the salad, boil potatoes in their skins: wash the potatoes, place them in a pot, and cover with cold water. Cook for 30–35 minutes after boiling. Check doneness with a toothpick; if it goes in easily, the potatoes are ready. Let them cool, peel, and then proceed to assemble the salad. You can serve it either in one large salad bowl or in individual portions using a serving ring and press. Garnish to taste and serve.
