
Salad with smoked chicken, prunes, and walnuts

Perfect for an everyday table. This original salad is suitable both for a family dinner and for a festive occasion! You can substitute boiled rice with boiled potatoes or carrots. It is recommended to use homemade mayonnaise. Garnish as desired and serve.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Boil the chicken eggs hard and let them cool.

Soak the prunes in hot water for 5–10 minutes, then rinse, dry, and cut into small pieces.

Cook the rice until done, season with salt.

Add 1-1.5 tablespoons of mayonnaise to the cooled rice and mix.

Assemble the salad in a serving ring; for this quantity of ingredients, you will need a ring with a diameter of 14-16 cm. Place the ring on a flat plate and line the bottom with rice as the first layer, pressing it down firmly.

Cut the smoked chicken meat into small cubes and place it on top of the rice.

Place the chopped prunes on the chicken.

Generously spread mayonnaise.

Wash the fresh cucumber, dry it, and cut into small cubes. Place as the next layer. Lightly coat with mayonnaise.

Dice the boiled eggs and place them tightly on top of a fresh cucumber.
