Salad with smoked sausage and macaroni
Description
Colorful and juicy dish will be appreciated by both family and friends. The salad is prepared very quickly; the main thing is to let the pasta cool down so as not to reduce the shelf life of the dish. Green onion or garlic can be added optionally.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. You can use any type of smoked sausage according to your taste. Instead of a tomato, you may buy a fresh cucumber.
- 2
Step 2

Cook any type of pasta, preferably elbows or shells, in hot salted water for about 8–10 minutes. Check the exact cooking time on the pasta package. Let the pasta cool in the cooking water to prevent it from sticking together.
- 3
Step 3

Cut the smoked sausage into small or medium cubes. Drain the canned corn from the marinade. Add both the sausage and corn to the salad bowl.
- 4
Step 4

Add the cooked pasta to the container, first draining it in a colander to remove excess liquid. Rinse the tomatoes under water, remove the green core, and cut into cubes. Add to the salad bowl with the other ingredients.

Step 5

Wash and chop the fresh herbs, then add them to a container. You can also add green onions and lettuce leaves.
- 6
Step 6

Add mayonnaise of any fat content, salt, and ground black pepper. Gently mix everything together.

Step 7

Serve the prepared salad at the table, garnished with fresh herbs.
