Salad with sausage and instant noodles
Description
The sausage and instant noodles salad turns out very filling and delicious. Plus, it's quite budget-friendly, so you can make it not only for holidays. I like this salad because even though it contains cucumber, it won't become watery, as the noodles will absorb any excess moisture. Be sure to give it a try!

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Boil the eggs hard and peel them.

Cut the boiled sausage into small cubes.

Dice the eggs as well.

Cut the cucumber into small cubes without peeling. However, if the skin is bitter, it should be removed.

Finely crumble the instant noodles. Of course, this is a matter of taste—some prefer a very fine crumb, which can even be crushed with a rolling pin, while others prefer larger noodle pieces in the salad.

Add mayonnaise and mix. The salad is ready. All that's left is to decorate it nicely. I suggest serving it in portions, using a serving ring to place it on the plate.
