Salad with cabbage and shrimp
Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. A very tasty and nutritious vegetable and shrimp salad. Exact proportions are not necessary—adjust according to your taste. If you'd like a more delicate texture, you can substitute white cabbage with Napa cabbage. Cabbage and shrimp are the main ingredients here; the rest is up to your taste and imagination. You can add fresh herbs, pickled onions, corn, carrots, boiled eggs, or any other ingredients that go well together. For dressing, I use olive oil; you can mix in some French mustard or use mayonnaise instead. Give it a try—it's definitely healthy and delicious! I'm sharing my version of this wonderful dish; I hope you'll enjoy it too. The salad is ready to serve.
