Cabbage and fennel salad

Description

A simple dish to prepare. I found out about it not long ago. Serve chilled.

    1. Chop the white part of fennel into thin half-rings. Finely chop 1/3 of the leaves for the dressing.

    2. Shred the cabbage into thin strips.

    3. Slice the onion into rings.

    4. Sear the bacon for a couple of minutes on a grill pan until golden brown, then slice it.

    5. Mix the onion, cabbage, bacon, and fennel in a salad bowl.

    6. Make the dressing. Mix the fennel leaves with mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, pepper, and salt.
