Salad with cabbage and daikon
Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. It's best to use young white cabbage with tender leaves. If the cabbage is already well-formed, I recommend kneading it separately until soft before adding it to the salad bowl. Daikon is very similar to regular radish or green radish, so feel free to substitute. You can add more carrots and cucumber. The salad is ready to serve.
