Squid and mushroom salad
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Despite the small number of ingredients, the salad is very tasty. At first, I wasn't sure how to properly prepare the mushrooms—they can be served fried, boiled, or even raw. I dress the salad with a lime juice-based sauce. Serve at the table.

Step 1

1. I clean the squid from their innards, wash them thoroughly, and cut them into rings and strips.

Step 2

2. I transfer the squid to a bowl and sprinkle with cumin, salt, and pepper. I heat a frying pan with rapeseed oil, add the squid, and sauté for no more than 1 minute, until they turn opaque.

Step 3

3. Separate the mushrooms from the bunch and wash them thoroughly, then transfer them to a paper towel. Boil the beans in boiling water for 3 minutes, then transfer them to a bowl of ice water, and finally cut them into 3 pieces.
