Salad with squid, Chinese cabbage, and apple
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. The salad turns out tasty and is prepared quite quickly, especially if you boil the squid in advance and keep them in a bag to prevent drying out. Instead of Chinese cabbage, you can use arugula or leafy lettuce. If you don't like this kind of dressing, you can replace it with yogurt, sour cream, or mayonnaise. Can be served immediately.
