Salad with squid, shrimp, and corn
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. To keep the squid white, do not thaw them, as they may turn reddish. Simply place the frozen squid bodies into hot (not boiling) water and then peel them—the skin will come off easily. If using raw shrimp, cook them longer depending on their size. You can substitute red onion with regular onion, preferably salad variety, and replace mayonnaise with sour cream. Can be served immediately.
