
Salad with squid and caviar

Step 1

In a saucepan, bring clean water to a boil. Place the squid bodies into it and cook for just a few minutes, then peel the squids with a knife and slice into rings.

Boil royal shrimp in salted water and let cool. Peel off the shells. If you are using frozen shrimp, simply thaw and peel them. Place the shrimp in a bowl, then add lemon zest and juice, grated garlic, salt, pepper, and sugar. Mix thoroughly and marinate the shrimp in the refrigerator for about an hour.

Remove the skin from the trout and cut it into strips. You can use smoked or salted trout. It can also be replaced with salmon or Atlantic salmon.

Wash the tomatoes and make a cross-shaped incision on them. Then peel them after pouring over boiling water. Cut the tomatoes into wedges and remove the seeds.

Now prepare the salad dressing. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, plain unsweetened yogurt, add grated garlic and grated lemon zest.
