Salad with squid and avocado
Description
A simple dish to prepare. The salad is very sophisticated, so it can confidently be served at a festive table. The citrus dressing perfectly enhances the flavor of the seafood, while the avocado makes the salad hearty. I let the dish sit for a while before serving, but it's even better to leave it overnight so it absorbs all the juices. Serve chilled.
