Tuna Salad with Fried Tuna
Description
A simple dish to prepare. The salad turns out very light, juicy, and extremely delicious. Perfect for those who watch their figure. Do not overcook the tuna—it should be raw in the center, which makes the salad tastiest. You can remove or add vegetables to your taste. Lemon juice can be substituted with rice vinegar. Serve chilled.
