Salad with fried pork
Description
Perfect for everyday meals. This delicious and hearty salad with fresh vegetables and pork can even be served on festive occasions. My family loves this salad with fried pork and vegetables, so I prepare it very often. The meat is fried in advance, the vegetables are roasted in the oven (bell peppers, eggplant can be added) or grilled, then all ingredients are mixed and dressed. The cabbage should be boiled, and the onion marinated. Garnish optionally and serve.
Instructions

Step 1

1. For this recipe, you need lean pork. Sear the meat until cooked through together with bell pepper. If possible, it's better to roast the vegetables in the oven or grill them.

Step 2

2. For this salad, you can use frozen vegetables, but fresh ones are better. You will need corn, cauliflower or broccoli, onion, cherry tomatoes or regular tomatoes, lettuce leaves, and red onion (or any sweet onion). Cook the vegetables until done (except for the onion, tomatoes, and corn). Simply chop the lettuce leaves and, if desired, add any fresh herbs.

Step 3

3. Cut the pork into strips, mix with tomatoes and corn, as well as with lettuce leaves and prepared cooled vegetables. It's best to marinate the onion and add it to the salad in rings or half-rings. Finally, add vegetable or olive oil.

Step 4

4. Any vegetables will go well with meat and greens, so feel free to experiment. I always use bell pepper roasted and sliced into strips. If you use cherry tomatoes, they will easily fit on a fork.

Step 5

5. After dressing, let the salad sit in the refrigerator for about an hour to allow it to marinate. Serve it cold on lettuce leaves, which will serve not only as a decoration but also as a complement to the salad.
