Salad with turkey and tomatoes
Description
The site has several classic versions of this recipe, but I suggest a lighter salad with turkey, fresh greens, and a figure-friendly dressing. If you have a decorative cheese knife, you can cut the cheese into decorative shapes to garnish the dish. Tasty and simple—that's what this recipe is all about.

Step 1

To prepare turkey fillet salad, we'll use turkey fillet. First, boil it and let it cool. Wash the salad leaves, dry them, and tear them by hand. Place the salad leaves on a plate. Add chopped parsley. I prefer using curly parsley—it looks attractive in the salad and adds an interesting appearance.

Step 2

The cooled turkey fillet should be sliced or pulled apart by hand into fibers. Place the fillet on lettuce leaves.

Step 3

Wash the tomato and slice it into thin wedges. Arrange the tomato slices on the salad as desired.

Step 4

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Place the cheese shreds on the salad. Garnish with parsley sprigs. Prepare the salad dressing. To do this, mix vegetable oil, a little ground black pepper, and salt. Whisk the oil until a homogeneous dressing forms. Pour the dressing over the salad. Ready!
