
Ham Salad
Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. Try to slice the ham and lemon for the salad as thinly as possible, so the pieces almost don't need to be chewed. The dish turns out perfectly balanced, even with a minimal number of ingredients. Minimum flavor—maximum enjoyment. The salad is ready to serve.

Prepare the listed ingredients.

Separate the salad leaves by hand, rinse in water, and arrange on a plate in a circular shape.

Carefully slice the ham thinly with a sharp knife or using a slicer. Roll the slices into little rosettes and arrange them on a plate.

Slice the lemon, removing seeds from the slices. Place on salad leaves.

Roast the peanuts in a pan for about 2-3 minutes, remove the skins, and sprinkle the nuts over the dish. Season with salt to taste. Rinse the parsley leaves and use them to garnish the salad. If the ham is too dry, drizzle the dish with olive oil.
