Pear and shrimp salad
Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. It features not only pears but also grapefruit, making it very exotic and tangy. Of course, you probably won't make this pear and shrimp salad every day, but it's perfect for a festive table or a romantic dinner. The salad is ready to serve.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Peel the shrimp.
- 2
Step 2

Quickly sear in a small amount of oil on a hot skillet – 2 minutes on each side.
- 3
Step 3

Wash the pears, dry them, and slice thinly.
- 4
Step 4

Peel the grapefruit and carefully separate it into segments. Remove the membrane from each segment — very carefully, so they don't fall apart!
- 5
Step 5

Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 6
Step 6

Prepare the dressing — whisk lemon juice with olive oil, honey, salt, and ground pepper.
- 7
Step 7

Place the cooled shrimp in a mound on a flat plate, and arrange pear slices and grapefruit segments attractively around them. Drizzle with dressing, garnish with dill sprigs. If desired, sprinkle with coarsely chopped cashew nuts.
