Marinated Mushroom Salad
Description
I have store-bought mushrooms, not homegrown, but their taste is just as good. You can use any mushrooms for the salad: oyster mushrooms, button mushrooms, white mushrooms, chanterelles, or others. If your mushrooms come cooked with onions, you can add those too. The salad can be served immediately after preparation, but if you're making it ahead of time, add the croutons only right before serving.
