Salad with mushrooms and prunes
Description
A simple dish to prepare. One acquaintance of mine said this salad resembles dishes from Georgian cuisine—they add walnuts there too. But I still wouldn't claim this is a classic mushroom and prunes salad recipe, as surely all such recipes were invented in home kitchens by housewives just like us. However, I believe that's all the better—since all ingredients are easily accessible, and the salad's flavor will truly satisfy even gourmets! So, I'll share how to make a mushroom and prunes salad; give it a try. Serve chilled.
