
Beef and ginger salad
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This hearty Asian salad with vegetables and beef has a spicy flavor and a unique aroma. Serve at the table.

1. Press the garlic. Mix soy sauce, sherry, garlic, and brown sugar in a plastic bag. Add the beef steak and shake to coat evenly with the marinade. Seal tightly and marinate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.

2. Finely chop 2 garlic cloves, ginger, green onion, and bell pepper. Mix olive oil, soy sauce, sugar, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and bell pepper. Once the steak has marinated, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to a hot skillet. Cook the steak for about 1 1/2 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and let it cool slightly.

3. Add 3/4 of the salad greens to the vegetable mixture. Place the steak on a cutting board and slice it into thin pieces.

4. Place the remaining salad greens on a large plate, then arrange the sliced vegetables on top of the greens. Place the beef slices on the salad. Sprinkle with green onions. You can add cherry tomatoes to the salad if desired.
