Pea and chicken salad
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Here's a simple recipe for a chicken and pea salad. Plus, you can add other ingredients to this salad or remove those you don't like. Serve at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First, we need to slice the tomato; we won't peel it, just cut it into slices or half-slices.
- 2
Step 2

Next in line are cucumbers; slice them the same way—don't cut too thick, try to slice thinly if possible.
- 3
Step 3

Who's next? Of course — radish! We'll wash it, trim off the ends, and slice it into rounds. If the radishes are large, it's better to cut them into half-moons.

Step 4

In a deep salad bowl, place all the chopped vegetables. Add the finely chopped onion and the remaining finely chopped herbs. Don't forget to include the peas.
- 5
Step 5

Now add the sour cream and salt, mix everything.

Step 6

Remember that chicken salad? Well, our chicken—more precisely, the previously boiled fillet—should be cut into small pieces, not too large, added to the salad, and everything mixed again.
