Glass noodle salad
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. Preparing glass noodles will be very easy even for an inexperienced cook. They cook much simpler than regular wheat noodles, as rice noodles don't overcook or stick together. Of course, glass noodles aren't eaten plain, since they have no pronounced flavor or aroma. They're used as an ingredient in various salads, soups, and hot dishes. By combining with vegetables, seafood, and various spices, glass noodles absorb their aromas and develop a unique taste. Today I'll share with you a recipe. Can be served immediately.
