Cut the chicken breast (fillet) in half crosswise. Try to cut it into two parts of equal thickness.

Sprinkle the chicken with your favorite aromatic seasoning, add olive oil. Thoroughly "massage" the meat, rubbing the oil and seasoning into it. Let it sit for about 30 minutes.

Then sear over high heat on a grill pan. The meat should have a crust but remain juicy inside.

Place the canned beans and cabbage cut into strips into a bowl. Cut the pepper and tomato into cubes, and slice the olives into rounds.
