Prune salad
Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. Prunes have a rich and distinctive flavor that not everyone likes. I use prunes more as a "spice," which gives my salad a special taste, piquancy, and an interesting note. Beets and prunes go perfectly together, while chicken meat makes the salad more filling and nutritious. Girls can try making the salad without the meat ingredient. The salad is ready to serve.

2. Boil the chicken fillet and cut it into small cubes. Grind the walnuts in a blender or with a rolling pin (not too finely). Pour boiling water over the prunes and let them soak for 10 minutes, then dry them thoroughly and cut into small pieces.
