Cherry and chicken salad
Description
At first glance, the salad combines incompatible ingredients: chicken, cherries, and tomatoes. But in reality, the result is incredibly delicious. The taste is very well-balanced—there's the sweetness of the berries, the tanginess of tomatoes, the spiciness of pepper, the heartiness of chicken, and the lightness of the dressing. Truly, this is an excellent salad and a great alternative to the Caesar salad. Of course, this salad is seasonal, and early summer is the perfect time to make it, so don't miss the chance—take a look and try it.
